A Story about Ghost Stories

By the 1st, 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders

"Where did they go?"

This was the cry that Bob's neighbors heard, when Bob discovered that his ghost stories were missing. These ghost stories were not just a book he checked out from the library, but a collection of ghost stories that he had written and saved over the years.

Bob, in addition to being a writer, was a cool, old guy. One night, while Bob was asleep, Kirsten, a monkey who wears glasses, snuck into Bob's house and stole his stories! She also loved ghost stories, but instead of asking to see them she just took them!

When Bob awoke and discovered the theft of his scary tales, he called Anasia, his good friend. Anasia is a nice old fashioned girl and she believed that you should never take something that does not belong to you!

Anasia has super powers that she doesn't use much, but she used them to find the monkey and the missing pages. When she captured Kirsten, Bob spoke to the thief and discovered that she loved scary stories almost as much as Bob! So he invited her over for banana splits and they swapped scary stories for hours. They even invited Anasia over for snacks and stories as well.

The end.

I love it when a story ends happily! What do you think?

  1. Hey Mr.Tommy. I was the name that was picked as a monkey. My name was supposed to be spelled like KIERSTYN. It was great to meet an author like you. But anyways yes it was cool to make that story. Im in the 3rd grade. Did you have a good time with us? Would you like to come again? Did Claudia get her ice cream? this is how you spell the old fashiond girl's name: Anazha. Thanks! Bye!
