The Stone Teddy Bear – Part One

By the Darien Authors

One morning, a monster named Jason woke up and his teddy bear was missing! His teddy bear was named Jason (just like his owner). Jason (the bear) was made of stone, but he was very important to Jason (the monster). Jason (the monster) could shoot lasers out of his eyes and had razor-sharp teeth. Jason (the monster) knew that anyone who would steal his teddy bear would have to be a pretty scary creature.

As it turns out, Jason (the monster) is right. Chuckie, an evil ghost vampire, who could move very fast, zipped into Jason and Jason’s home and took the stone teddy bear. He was planning to chop up the bear and see if it had any special powers. He took it to his secret hideout, next to the Braves stadium in downtown Atlanta.

Jason (the monster) called his brother, Bloody Jerry, and told him about the missing teddy bear. Jerry immediately began his search for Jason (the teddy bear). Jerry had excellent hearing and he followed the echo of the footsteps from Jason’s (the monster AND the teddy bear) house to Chuckie’s secret hideout. He rescued the bear just in the nick of time, but Chuckie escaped, setting up the chance for a sequel.

A sequel? You could write the next story. Add a comment below.
